The Club tries Pilates

Our first Pilates for Riders event was a hit before it even began - fully booked with a waiting list!

The evening saw a full group of 14 being led by Sarah Claridge, Certified APPI Instructor with an equestrian background, through various exercises designed specifically for equestrians in order to develop and activate core muscles, correct imbalances and weakness, and improve flexibility, strength, posture and body awareness.

Overall, feedback for this taster session was overwhelmingly positive so we are pleased to announce that these will be making a regular occurrence in our calendar of events!
