To all Aspley Guise & District Riding Club (Area 7) members
All members of an Area 7 RC are invited to the Area 7 Liaison Committee AGM. It will be held on Monday 3rd December at Biggleswade Fire Station. Please arrive by 19:30 for a 20:00 start. Light refreshments will be available.
You will find the minutes of the previous Area 7 Liaison meeting, the agenda for the 2018 AGM, and the minutes from the 2017 AGM here on our dedicated members page (which holds all information important for our members).
If you plan to attend, please let us know on info@aspleyguiseridingclub.com before Saturday 1st December so that we can let the current Area 7 Committee know for catering and planning purposes.
Any points you wish to raise are welcomed - please send them through to our email as soon as possible before the AGM and we will compile and send on to the Area 7 contact.
New Area 7 Officers will be elected at this meeting, if you wish to be considered for a position please let us know. The roles are: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Minutes Secretary, Treasurer, Training Officer, Welfare Office and Web Master.
