Pilates for Horse Riders

The third of our Pilates for Horse Riders was another hit! The evening saw 7 of us, being led by Sarah Claridge, Certified APPI Instructor with an equestrian background, through various exercises designed specifically for equestrians in order to develop and activate core muscles, correct imbalances and weakness, and improve flexibility, strength, posture and body awareness. Our favourite, the spikey balls, were back - as were the big gym balls!

It's so great to see our members developing and enjoying themselves together - we hope you can join us at the next one in April!
