When did you start riding?

I started riding when I was about 4, eventually got my own pony at 11 and then had a 23 year gap when I went to London to work and have children. I have been back riding for about 15 years.

When did you join AGDRC?

I joined Aspley Guise & District Riding Club 2 years ago after my daughter stopped eventing and I finally found the right horse for me to try eventing again. Now that the club is less dressage-y it is perfect for me to go to clinics and meet other like-minded people. I love that no one minds if you mess things up!

What horse(s) do you currently own or ride?

I currently have Paddy at 15.3hh TB and Bob a 16hh ISH who had to have a year off through injury and has become such a family favourite that he remains at home doing gentle stuff, but would much rather be out and about!

What equestrian activities do you do?

I enjoy eventing and hunting in the winter.

Do you have a horsey goal or aspiration?

My ambition is to be placed in the top 10 of a BE90 (unaffiliated) but having had a setback this spring, it will have to wait until next year!

What riders influence you?

There are so many riders I admire, from the well known ones to the granny who did her first BE the other day!
