Saturday saw another fully booked Dressage Clinic at Twyford Mill Equestrian.
The day also saw a lot of firsts for many horses and riders; first ever lesson with Tom, first ever outing for some of the horses, who were all perfectly behaved, not putting a foot wrong, first ever outing for riders, who were equally well behaved. New experiences coupled with excellent tuition from Tom Graham, individually tailored to those who’d just completed their first ever Prelim Test to those looking at their first Advanced Test - unique, challenging and informative - everyone taking away loads. It’s what riding clubs are all about, giving people the opportunity to do things with their horses in a safe, secure and friendly environment - building on confidence and learning more about themselves and their horses. A brilliant day was had by all - the first class indoor school coming into its own during the hideous weather in the afternoon. Gill Benwell and Marianne Rabanal were on hand throughout.
