Pilates for Horse Riders

A bit of a quieter session this month with it being Easter Weekend! The evening saw 7 of us (new and regular faces alike), being led by Sarah Claridge, Certified APPI Instructor with an equestrian background, through various exercises designed specifically for equestrians in order to develop and activate core muscles, correct imbalances and weakness, and improve flexibility, strength, posture and body awareness. Our favourite, the spikey balls, were back - as were the big gym balls!

It's so great to see our members developing and enjoying themselves together - we hope you can join us at the next one in May! And maybe we'll see you at the pub next door afterwards for a drink too!
